Feedback on the ‘Communication Skills’ training in Gaziantep
WATAN concluded a 3 day training course on communication skills in Gaziantep, from the 26th - 29th of March. The following points were covered in the training session:
- Role of communication in the success of the individuals and institutions
- Communication methodologies
- Communication types
- Details of the communication types as the direct communication, the written communication, and the voice, in addition to the active listening, and the effective team communication.
