- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.
- Turkish Nationality is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of construction operations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using design and project management software.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in the field and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, remote management, and planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks efficiently.
- High level of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Very Good computer skills (MS office).
- Fluent in Turkish and very Good in Arabic or in English (written and verbal skills).
