 As a site engineer, you will manage projects, supervise the workers, and provide technical advice as a subject matter expert..
 
A field engineer must also be able to work under pressure and handle problems independently or as part of a team. 
 Since the job is done on the field, candidates must be comfortable traveling regularly, Some field engineers may travel or stay in the field camp for several days on the job

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.
• Turkish Nationality is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of construction operations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using design and project management software.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in the field and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, remote management, and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks efficiently.
• High level of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Very Good computer skills (MS office).
• Fluent in Turkish and very Good in Arabic or in English (written and verbal skills).
• Quick learner.
