• Previous experience of no less than 2 years as a sales or marketing or training coordinator.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs, specifically Word and Excel.
• Proficient in English,Arabic and Turkish
• The ability to deal with different types of people and considering people’s differences.
• To treat the experience and ideas of every member of the group with respect and confidence.
• The ability to deal with conflicts within the group with care, attention and understanding.
• Office and field environment and require periodic visits to the trainings in coordination with the direct manager.

• Manage and maintain all the marketing platforms (website, social media …etc)
• Contact and reply to the customers until the registration
• Support and guide trainers and set up discussions, as well as motivate trainers to participate in dialogues.
• Coordinate with trainers in the preparation of training materials.
• Identify the needs of the target-training group.
• Coordinate with Trainees and participants before training and end of the training.
• Provide reports on the results and outputs of each training course through questionnaires provided before and after the training.
• Ensure that the training recommendations and results are within the training environment.
• Provide feedback to the general manager so as to improve training strategies and the work environment.
• Write meeting minutes and points as well as training workshops.
• Participate in training program evaluation, in coordination with the monitoring and evaluation department.
• Data entry of attendance and of lecturers regularly and using specific templates, and to update this data periodically.
• Prepare training aids, including suitable films and equipment.
• Any other duties assigned by the direct manager.
