Job Summary

    He/she is responsible to achieve project goals and direct implementation of the project activities, his/her time is estimated to be evenly divided between objectives.

Position Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
    • Knowledge of Arabic and English
    • At least 3-4 years of experience in implementing engineering projects (design and implementation) with international/local organizations or other similar entities
    • Good skill in dealing with design programs such as AutoCAD, 3D Max and other engineering programs
    • High experience in contractor management
    • The possibility of travelling and working under pressure and in extreme conditions
    • High experience with Office software (Word, Excel)
    • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
    • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful budget, and timeline
    • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope

Responsibility

    • Determine and define project scope and objectives
    • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
    • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
    • Track project costs in order to meet budget
    • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
    • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
    • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
    • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
    • Supervising the workflow and quality of the project by conducting a quality check in coordination with the program manager.
