Job Summary

    To provide support and guidance to trainees and follow-up after training to ensure the quality of their performance and the extent of their application of the techniques and skills acquired through training.

Position Requirements

    • University degree in a related field
    • English, Arabic, Turkish is an asset
    • General knowledge of needs of training or preferably at least 1 year experience in organizing training
    • Preferably, knowledge of Kobo Toolbox
    • The ability to deal with different types of people and taking into account people’s differences.
    • To treat the experience and ideas of every member of the group with respect and confidence.
    • The ability to deal with conflicts within the group with care, attention and understanding.

    • Support and guide trainers and set up discussions, as well as motivate trainers to participate in dialogues.
    • Coordinate with trainers in the preparation of training materials.
    • Identify the needs of the target-training group.
    • Coordinate with Trainees and participants before training and end of the training.
    • Provide advice and technical support for teachers and administrators throughout the project.
    • Run past training courses for all new employees.
    • Provide reports on the results and outputs of each training course through questionnaires provided before and after the training.
    • Ensure that the training recommendations and results are within the training environment.
    • Provide feedback to the educational administrative staff so as to improve teaching strategies and the work environment.
    • Write meeting minutes and points as well as training workshops.
    • Participate in training programs evaluation, in coordination with the monitoring and evaluation department.
    • Data entry of attendance and of lecturers regularly and using specific templates, and to update this data periodically.
    • Prepare training aids, including suitable films and equipment.
    • Any other duties assigned by the direct manager.
