Responsibility
- Ensure timely and proper logistical support to implement the project activities.
- Management of petty cash for the logistics activities.
- Manage (if assigned ) the warehouse, inventory of goods and shipments,
- Liaise with customs clearance agents and all stakeholders in the field to ensure prompt processing of incoming shipments.
- Manage vehicles including fuel and local movement planning,
- Act as Security& Safety focal point (if assigned).
- Prepares the equipment, property, and furniture inventory of the office keeps it up-to-date on a regular basis.
- Responsible for planning /managing maintenance works and regular services of the office.
- Support (if assigned) procurement of goods by preparing a list of needs, initiating purchase (if assigned) request and following up with the purchases.
- Ensure that electricity, water and other bills related to the functioning of the office are paid on monthly basis.
- Responsible for tracking the rental payments of the office.
- Responsible with the procurement of tea, coffee, sugar, milk for the office, any needed
- Work closely with agencies and organizations in the related areas for collaboration,
- Perform any other tasks under the guidance of the direct supervisor
