Position Requirements
Secondary Certificate or Diploma.
Minimum six months of related humanitarian aid logistics, administrative experience, Safety& Security experience is plus.

Ensure timely and proper logistical support to implement the project activities.
Management of petty cash for the logistics activities.
Manage (if assigned ) the warehouse, inventory of goods and shipments,
Liaise with customs clearance agents and all stakeholders in the field to ensure prompt processing of incoming shipments.
Manage vehicles including fuel and local movement planning,
Act as Security& Safety focal point (if assigned).
Prepares the equipment, property, and furniture inventory of the office keeps it up-to-date on a regular basis.
Responsible for planning /managing maintenance works and regular services of the office.
Support (if assigned) procurement of goods by preparing a list of needs, initiating purchase (if assigned) request and following up with the purchases.
Ensure that electricity, water and other bills related to the functioning of the office are paid on monthly basis.
Responsible for tracking the rental payments of the office.
Responsible with the procurement of tea, coffee, sugar, milk for the office, any needed
Work closely with agencies and organizations in the related areas for collaboration,
