The Data Entry Assitant will be responsible for the preparation of databases with information on beneficiaries which will serve the baseline, end line and reviews, ranking and scoring.
Position Requirements
Intermediate Institute or bachelor degree in Social Science or any related specialization.
Previous experience of no less than 2 years in relevant fields.
Proficient in Microsoft programs, specifically Word and Excel
Proficient in English and Arabic writing.
High level of organizing skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, remote management, and planning skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks efficiently,

Responsibility
Assessment, identification, registration and verification of beneficiaries.
Participate in implementation of assessments.
Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan.
Responding to information requests from authorized members.
Entering data from source documents within time limits.
Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
Rank and score beneficiaries within a predesigned software.
Ensuring coordination of project activities through MEAL Officer.
