Position Requirements

    • Educational background in Social Science, Psychology, or other related field.
    • Experience in Psychological First Aid and psychosocial programming.
    • Experience in women wellbeing-related programs.
    • Demonstrated sensitivity to protection issues, including application of the principle of confidentiality.
    • Good qualitative and quantitative reporting skills.
    • Strong communication and engagement skills.
    • Demonstrated high level of flexibility, responsiveness, and reliability
    • Good computer skills.

Responsibility

    • Conduct outreach and disseminate information regarding services in the community;
    • Conduct mapping of services in the community;
    • Support female during distribution with needed information and link to services and support.
    • Provide Psychological First Aid to women in the community;
    • Set a safety and care plan with vulnerable women and girls who face protection concerns and link to available services;
    • Submit weekly and monthly reports to supervisor about activities and follow up with women and girls;
    • Train service providers on Psychological First Aid and GBV Guiding Principles;
    • Maintain flexibility to take on added responsibility as and when needed.
