Working in collaboration with other members of the technical and field staff, FSL field officer will be responsible for implementing Dairy project activities and developing women groups SOP and follow up with their day to day activities.

• Certificate – Bachelor’s degree.
• Expert of Food science - Dairy productions.
• Skill and knowledge about the food Processing-Dairy productions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good understanding of project monitoring and evaluation.
• Proficiency in using email applications.
• Previous experience in working with NGOs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle the pressure.
• Creativity and the ability to develop and improve work.
• Knowledge and compliance with humanitarian standards.

Assist to select 35 skilled women in dairy products that have the suitable business location.

- Business development training (financial literacy, basic accounting etc.), and hygiene promotion training.

- Follow up the proposals for women projects.

- Supporting of Group leaders with a for starting up dairy production.

- The FSL field Officer will conduct dairy production training with Group leaders, and daily workers if needed.

- Participate in the implementation of assessments.

- Implementing and reporting on activities.

- Assist the Project Officer to schedule and plan distribution activities.

- Follow agreed standard operating procedures for distributions and follow-up activities.

- Ensure that monitoring and accountability procedures are followed.

- Provide timely, transparent reports on distribution activities to the Project officer.

- Attend coordination meetings if required.

- Assist in office activities when it’s necessary.

- Perform any other assigned tasks by the line manager.
