Job Summary

    Working in collaboration with other members of the Finance Department, the Documentation Coordinator will be responsible for organizing all documents in Finance Department. He/she will be responsible for following up with the accountants and other departments (HR, Operations and Programmes) to archive all documents related to Finance Department.

Position Requirements

    • A university degree or institute certificate preferably in Commerce, Economics or secretarial diploma
    • Good level of English and Turkish, particularly reading and writing
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
    • Very good communication skills and working well within a team
    • Ability to handle work pressure while meeting the goals


    • Scan and print financial documents
    • Scan official documents and upload on SharePoint
    • Archive documents in files according to standards and policies
    • Match archived documents with data in Excel sheets and add any feedback from donors
    • Check the financial documents as per the policies and procedures of WATAN
    • Organize the financial documents in Excel sheets in coordination with the accountants
    • Register the financial team's tasks in a weekly schedule
