The Field Officer must ensure the quality integration and accountability standards in monitoring, evaluation, implementation of MEAL department plan, and strengthening the role of MEAL in the implementation of programs and projects. In addition to that, the Field Officer must enhance his learning process and use the acquired knowledge for the implementation of future projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Social Sciences or any related specialization
• Minimum one year of related humanitarian MEAL experience, conducting qualitative data collection and analysis
• Obbligatory fluency in English language
• PMP/PMD-Pro Certified (highly preferable)
• Ability to represent the organization image in a professional manner
• Commitment to humanitarian relief standards

• Analyse the gathered data and information through appropriate tools and methodologies
• Visit the locations of the project and gather data for the project preparation and implementation
• Analyse collected data and provide weekly report about the project progress
• Supervise complaints boxes and follow up complaints with project manager
• Supervise the work of MEAL team and tasks that are performed
• Prepare plans and perfomr any needed duties for the MEAL team
• Participate in the MEAL framework design for the related projects
• Suggest and implement new tools and methods to develop the work of MEAL department
• Improve feedback mechanisms and work on the creation of new related methods and tools
• Follow up with the donor requests and give immediate response
