Job Summary

    Filed officer will be responsible for planning and implementing Case Management activities mainly focusing on supporting school registration as well as recreational activities for children who are out of school.

Position Requirements

    • Certificate – Institute as a minimum.
    • Have a good experience in the same position.
    • PMP/PMD familiarity.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with others.
    • Ability to represent the organization image in professional manner.
    • Commitment to humanitarian relief standards,
    • High level of organizing skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, remote management, and planning skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks efficiently,
    • High level of flexibility to adapt to new environment, handle work load,
    • High level of problem solving and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to handle pressure.
    • Creativity and ability to develop and improve work.
    • Knowledge and compliance with humanitarian standards.

Responsibility

    • Outreach activities to collect and analyses data.
    • Refer cases identified through outreach activities to appropriate agencies and follow up.
    • Conduct education awareness raising sessions.
    • Provide recreational/psychosocial activities and appropriate materials with repetitive/regular assessment on child development, social dynamics and security condition.
    • Provide a person-focused activity to vulnerable children in special needs considering developmental and/or psychological disorders.
    • Flexibly respond to unexpected conditions and maintain the safety in the field.
    • Produce and submit daily reports on project activities as required.
    • Report any problems in implementation to other officers in a timely manner so appropriate action can be taken.
