- Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering on Civil/Environmental engineering or any Related specialization.
- Minimum Two-year professional experience in design and implementation of water, sanitation and hygiene projects in development contexts.

Responsibility
- Produce technical drawings (if assigned) and bills of quantities for water and sanitation infrastructure,
- Prepare procurement documents and liaise with logistics to ensure timely delivery of quality materials,
- Supervise and monitor construction on site, and provide regular reports of progress in the field,
- Participate in community mobilization and hygiene promotion activities as necessary,
- Conduct site inspections and report deviations from material and work specifications,
- Ensure implementation of donor/partner/Khayr requirements, reports, and documentation.
- Attend material deliveries and ensure compliance with contracted specifications.
- Work closely with agencies and organizations in the related areas for collaboration,
- Perform any other tasks under the guidance of the direct supervisor.
