Position Requirements
Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering on Civil/Environmental engineering or any Related specialization.
Minimum Two-year professional experience in design and implementation of water, sanitation and hygiene projects in development contexts.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.

Responsibility
Produce technical drawings (if assigned) and bills of quantities for water and sanitation infrastructure,
Prepare procurement documents and liaise with logistics to ensure timely delivery of quality materials,
Supervise and monitor construction on site, and provide regular reports of progress in the field,
Participate in community mobilization and hygiene promotion activities as necessary,
Conduct site inspections and report deviations from material and work specifications,
Ensure implementation of donor/partner/Khayr requirements, reports, and documentation.
Attend material deliveries and ensure compliance with contracted specifications.
Work closely with agencies and organizations in the related areas for collaboration,
Perform any other tasks under the guidance of the direct supervisor.
