Ensure the integration of quality and accountability standards in monitoring and evaluation, implementation of MEAL department plan, and strengthening the role of MEAL in the implementation of programs and projects, in addition to enhance learning and use lessons learned for the implementation of future projects.

• Bachelor degree on Business management, social sciences or any related specialization.
• Minimum one year of related humanitarian MEAL experience, conducting qualitative data collection and analysis.
• PMP/PMD-Pro Certified (highly preferable).
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to represent the organization image in professional manner.
• Commitment to humanitarian relief standards.
• High level of organizing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, remote management, and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks efficiently.
• High level of flexibility to adapt to new environment, handle work load.
• High level of problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Very good report writing skills.
• Very Good computer skills (MS office).
• Quick learner.

• Analyze the gathered data and information through appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Visit schools and gathering data about schools working
• Analyze collected data and provide weekly report about schools working
• Supervising on complaints boxes in school and follow up complaints with education program.
• Supervise the work of MEAL team and tasks that are performed.
• Prepare plans and necessary tools ... etc needed for the MEAL team.
• Participate in the MEAL framework design for the related projects.
• Suggest and implement new tools and methods to develop the work of MEAL department.
• improve feedback mechanisms and work on the creation of new related methods and tools.
• Represent WATAN  in related working groups and partners/other stakeholder or coordination meetings, as needed, and maintain a positive, continuous and visible presence for WATAN
• Work closely with agencies and organizations in the related areas for collaboration,
• Perform any other tasks under the guidance of the direct supervisor.
