Working with the field team will support our field team and with any technical inquiries.

Knowledge of Agricultural requirements, preferably in Olive and Olive Oil, and Knowledge of the local market requirements

• Certificate – Bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering.
• Certificate in Project management (PMP) is plus.
• 2 years' experience in Humanitarian work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to represent the organization image in professional manner.
• Commitment to humanitarian relief standards.
• Good understanding of WATAN's aims.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills,.
• High level of flexibility to adapt to new environment, handle work load.

• Knowledge of the structure of agricultural Institutes.
• Good knowledge of the labor laws of NGOs.
• Preparing beneficiary training programs (farmers).
• Studying the current legislations concerning the licensing of agricultural Associations in liberated areas.
• To advise its management regarding the necessary action in relation to the work of the Union.
