1. Interested vendors can obtain tender documents by applying the selected tender from the list on the website and entering company details and then downloading the tender documents on following apply button on this advertisement. 
2. Completed offer documents must be submitted no later than 20th January 2021 by hand to WATAN Office Tal Sandal Road Idlib- Hazano-SYRIA. 
3. WATAN has all the rights to accept or reject any incomplete bid document.  After the above stated deadline, quotations sent will not be accepted.
4. All bids must include total price, bid validity, payment terms, and delivery terms of service.
5. A technical committee will be formed to evaluate the physical samples
