    TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
    ONE COMPARTMENT WC CONTAINER FOR PWD (People with disabilities)
    1. SUBJECT OF WORK, SCOPE
    1.1. This Technical Specification is a total of 5 PWD Latrine to be purchased by the WATAN for use in various villages (welded or screw mounting shall be accepted), 2,00 x 2,00 x 2,50m (±50 mm) dimensions, it covers the manufacturing and equipment and technical specifications of the WC and Bathroom container, inspection methods, transportation and other issues.
    2. DEFINITIONS
    The definitions used in this technical specification are described below:

    3. GENERAL FEATURES
    3.1. Workmanship against paint and material defects (water leakage, roof leakage, etc.) at least 1 (one) year contractor warranty will be given. The damage caused by the contractor-induced errors occurring within the specified periods will be repaired by the contractor on site. Damages caused by user error are not covered by the warranty.
    3.2. The container will be transportable by road.
    3.3. The corner connections and carrier system of the containers shall be of appropriate strength and design.
    3.4. Container wall panels shall be of disassembled type. The connection materials of the panels shall be selected and installed in such a way as not to form a heat bridge. There will be no gaps or leaks between the panels.
    3.5. The container will be loaded/unloaded from four points by passing the rope/lock device with the help of lugs or ears. The mappers must be at the corners, otherwise a profile of appropriate strength will be added between the two facing stoppers so that the long edge does not bend during the lifting of the container.
    3.6. All kinds of welding to be made during the manufacturing phase will be made in accordance with the technical pedestals and throughout without interruption. Screw and bolt connections will be made in accordance with technical rules and all necessary interconnecting elements will be used. The screws and bolts to be selected will have both strength values and galvanized. The bolts used in the carrier system must meet at least the grade 8.8 standard.
    3.7. The area where all door and window frames meet the wall will be insulated with appropriate insulation material and heat and air passage will be prevented.
    3.8. MS polymer-based mastic will be used in all areas where water is likely to leak, such as the brackets used on the outer surface of the panels forming the container walls, and on the bathroom floor.

    EXTERIOR WALLS
    Polyurethane or EPS filler 40 mm. SANDWICH PANEL FAÇADE CLADDING (Outer surface sheet thickness of sandwich panel is 0.40 mm (0.60 mm raw material + 0.02mm zinc + 0.03mm paint). Sandwich both surfaces of the panel shall be RAL 9002 painted.
    WALL JOINTS
    All vertical and horizontal intersection points will be covered with a PVC bathtub edge profile slat with dimensions of 30 x 30 mm.
    LOGO and LABELING
    In a place deemed appropriate by the Administration, there shall be the Turkish Flag and WATAN sticker logo. Logo and flag are made of
    24x32,5 cm cast foil latex printing material and will be fully adhered with the appropriate adhesive.
    WC WINDOW
    The plastic or aluminum vent shall be of the 40 x 40 cm size. There will be a fixed mosquito net on the window.
    EXTERIOR DOOR
    PVC or Case 1mm, Wing 0,7mm electrostatic powder coated metal door will be used. The lock system will be bath type.
    Painting
    GENERAL
    All paint operations will be in accordance with the technical rules after the surface cleaning is done.
    CARRIER SYSTEM
    The entire Carrier System will be 2 layers of industrial paint or electrostatic paint on 2 layers of primer.
    WALLS
    RAL 9002 coil coating (coil plate painting technique) will be painted.
    EXTERIOR DOOR
    RAL 9002 will be electrostatic powder coated.
    Plumbing
    Clean water installation will be laid on top of the plaster. The points where the pipes pass through the panels will be insulated with silicone and sealed. The clean water inlet and wastewater outlet will be located behind the container.

    ELECTRIC APPLIANCES
    LIGHTING
    Surface-mounted round lighting will be used in the rooms inside the container. In the container WC-Bathroom, a surface-mounted round globe with a silicone gasket, suitable for damp places, will be used.
    INSURANCE
    A fuse box will be installed inside the container. For lighting liners1 * 10 A, there will be insurance.
    WIRING

    GENERAL
    Switches and sockets will be laid on the plaster through the PVC cable channel. Installations shall comply with the internal installation regulations. The cables used, luminaires, sockets, fuses, switches will be TSE certified.

    6. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE
    6.1. During the administration manufacturing phase, the necessary controls on whether the container is made in accordance with the specification principles can be made at every stage of the work. In this regard, the contractor must provide all kinds of information, documents and facilities to the commission members. The administration will be able to take sections of the materials, have the materials and connection points tested, and all costs will be covered by the contractor.
    6.2. After the contractor completes the work , he shall inform the Administration in writing that the work is ready for acceptance. The administration will start the inspection procedures within 5 (five) days.
    6.3. Inspection procedures will be carried out at the contractor's production facilities.
    6.4. Containers declared to be ready for inspection procedures shall be checked in accordance with the provisions of the technical specifications in the quantities specified below.

    6.5. In addition, all containers declared to be ready for inspection procedures will be physically and visually inspected. There will be no visual disturbances such as impact, bending, scratches, deformation, paint disorder in the containers.
    6.6. At the Inspection Acceptance stage, the contractor shall have sufficient technical staff and all necessary measurements and test equipment ready.
    6.7. Article 4 of the technical specification The Profit load capacity values specified in the technical data section titled Technical Specifications shall be certified or undertaken to be met by the contractor.
    6.8. If necessary, the inspection and acceptance commission will be able to receive expert support or consultancy services from other public institutions and organizations.
    6.9. All expenses incurred during the inspection and acceptance phase shall be borne by the Contractor.
    6.10. As a result of the inspection carried out at the manufacturer's facilities, the containers determined to be suitable according to the provisions of the technical specifications will be shipped to the provinces to be determined by the administration according to the identification numbers on them.
    6.11. The contractor shall submit the containers whose inspection has been completed to the AFAD authorities or the responsible public official on site with a report.
    6.12. The officers who will receive the containers shipped in the field shall physically (impact, bend, scratch, deformation, etc.) in such a way that the identification numbers of the containers are clearly indicated. ) will check and take delivery.
    7. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
    7.1. All kinds of materials and manufacturing that are not approved by the Administration will be dismantled immediately, new manufacturing will be done in accordance with the project and specifications. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any rights arising from this transaction.
    7.2. In the case of a lack of detail in the file, the Administration will be consulted. Scientific and technical publications and references will be taken as basis for the elimination of the problems.
    7.3. The contractor is responsible for the production of the product, its transportation to the site, the pre-assembly of the disassembled products before delivery. The contractor will deliver all the infrastructure electrical connections of the shower containers taken to the site in working condition.
    7.4. It is up to the contractor to take all necessary occupational safety measures during the manufacturing, assembly and transportation phase.
    7.5. According to the draft projects given in the specification, the contractor is obliged to prepare the necessary application project studies (Static, architectural, electrical and mechanical) and manufacturing details and submit them to the administration before starting production . .
    7.6. The contractor shall provide the administration with the personal information and contact numbers of 2 personnel who are responsible for each stage of the work and who are in charge of the administrative and technical staff who can provide information about the work at any time. will notify.
    7.7. The contractor shall have ISO 9001 or ISO 9002 quality certificates.
